Alternatively, you can download a registration form, which should then be e-mailed together with your proof of payment. (An invoice can be downloaded with your online registration and an online receipt will be available directly after payment).

Accompanying persons are invited to all the social events (kindly register accordingly; fees are shown below), but will not be able to attend the lectures.

Completed registration forms will be acknowledged by e-mail.

Please note that late registrations can only be accepted at the conference office up to 08 October 2018 when registration closes. Thereafter, delegates must register at the conference (please refer to on site registrations below)

On-site registration (at the conference venue)
On-site registrations will only be accommodated under special circumstances. Individuals who register on-site cannot be assured of receiving a conference registration pack inclusive of all the registration materials, as these are prepared based on the number of online registrants. No provision for special meals can be made for on-site registrations.

Cancellation of registration

Any cancellation received by the Secretariat will be subject to the following refund policy:

  • 75% of the amount paid if written cancellation is received before/ on 27 July 2018
  • No refund if written cancellation is received after 27 July 2018
